This boulder face is interpreted to have superimposed scratched petroglyph “themes” or patterns believed to be Archaic or older. The site as abundant Archaic, Sinagua and younger rock art.
This is a 3D processing for review by project team members for ongoing evaluation and project method development. This is the right (south) side (sub-panel area 3) of of boulder panel 15 at remote site 289. The area of the model is approximately, 75 centimeters wide by 75 centimeters high.
This model is to the right of FS1889 and separated by approximately 10 centimeters
It was processed from 79 @ 24 megapixel overlapping photos shot with a Nikon D600 w/105 micro lens and a tripod mounted wireless flash aligned at approximately 45 degrees to the right of the lens axis.
The model was processed in Agisoft Metashape to approximately 2,000,000 mesh faces with high alignment and depth map settings and textured at 8182 x 1. Additional mesh faces are not expected to provide additional detail.
