Description:
The Gada, or the Indian Mace, is a weapon, or more specifically, a mace, that originated in the Indian Subcontinent. This weapon was also used by many figures in Hindu Mythology, for instance, Hanuman, a devotee of Lord Rama, who is popular for wielding the Gada (though in the Valmiki Ramayana, there is no evidence of him using the Gada as a weapon) and Bhima, the second of the five Pandavas in the Mahabharata, whose signature weapon was the mace. A Gada, namely Kaumodaki, is also one of the many weapons of Lord Vishnu, one of the Hindu trinity; Lord Vishnu also holds the Kaumodaki in his, or, His lower right hand (lower-left if you are in front of his statue). Here, I have made (or simply joined a torus, cones, a box-turned-rod and maybe a sphere to make) a brass mace. Hope you like it!
