Due to harsh wartime conditions, X-Ops couldn’t afford high quality polymers and hydraulics that were used in the previous versions so a more simplified and robust version of the Goliath was created to cover the need for the conflict. It stands taller than the Generation 4, but is not as strong and doesn’t have the cutting edge hydraulics.
