Skanderbeg’s helmet is made from metal bardhtë, decorated with a gold-plated tape. Its located on top of the bronze head of a goat with horns, but that is coated with gold. The lower part contains a copper tape marked * IN * PE * RA * TO * RE * BT *, which means: Jhezus Nazarenus * Principle Emathie * Regi Albaniae * Terror Osmanorum * Regi Epirotarum * Bénédicte Te (Jesus Nazarene The Bacon Skanderbeg, Prince of Mat King of Albania, the fear of the Ottomans, King of Epirus). It is thought that the bar copper inscription were added by the descendants of Skanderbeg, and Skanderbeg himself has not held any other title than that of “Lord of Albania” (Latin: Domi Inus Albaniae [1]): It must be said however that the correct translation latin Regi is the Kingdom of the word since it comes Rex meaning King. So inscription poisons undecided associated with the name by which Albania was known at that time, in order to determine the leadership of Skanderbeg on all Albanians.
