Grimharrow was a fearsome siege tower designed for one purpose: to tear through enemy defenses with terrifying precision. At the front of the tower, a massive rotating saw spun with brutal force, lined with sharpened steel teeth capable of boring through thick stone gates and walls. The saw’s immense power was generated by a series of counterweights and pulleys, allowing it to rotate rapidly, chewing through fortifications in minutes.
First used during the Siege of Ironkeep, Grimharrow was instrumental in breaking the castle’s nearly impenetrable gates. The rotating saw, accompanied by the towering structure’s armored shell, protected the attacking forces as they advanced under the cover of its shadow. As the saw tore into the walls, defenders could do little to stop the beast, and the city’s defenses crumbled under its relentless assault.
Grimharrow’s terrifying design and strength earned it a reputation as one of the deadliest siege machines ever built, a symbol of unstoppable destruction.
