Grønstensøkse forsynet med hul i nakken. Øksen er godt slidt og opskærpet. Har spor efter slag i nakken. Nok benyttet som kile ved flækning af træ. Fundet i grube på inderfladen af Sarup I-pladsen og dateres til yngre stenalder cirka 3.400 f.Kr. Økse 11,9 cm lang, 6,9 cm bred og 3,3 cm tyk. Museum nummer 50x20826, A1688.
Axe of rock with hole in neck. The axe is well worn and cut. Has traces of blows to the neck. Probably used as a wedge when springing wood. Found in a pit on the inner surface of Sarup I enclosures and dates to Neolithic Funnelbeakerculture 3.400 f.Kr. The axe is: 11.9 cm long, 6.9 cm wide and 3.3 cm thick. Museum number 50x20826, A1688.
