As part of a collection of hair wigs I am making, this is the first. I used my own methods for making hair strands as well as placing the hair cards, I wrote a shader for both Unreal and Unity to get the best results and I think this does look good in Sketchfab!

UE4: STYLISED HAIR SHADER
When you download this hair you get: The VRTC Texture (Variation(red), Root(green),Tip(Blue),Cutout(Alpha) Controller, this will help you for coloring the hair in photoshop or via one of my shaders (get in touch about the shaders, sold separately). You also get the Normal map. All textures are 4k.
This wig may have to be reshaped with a FFD or soft selection to make it fit your characters.

@robertramsay fyi there is a "thin" opacity settings on dithering 3d settings made just for this use case (transparent/masked hairs). It should hide a bit better the "noise hashing" on the transparency bits
