I use three different reference images to do this. I guess that isn’t something you should do. But he came out looking decent. I’m not a fan of the hair. but it was better than a soild color which to me looked to much like a plastic toy. I may go back later and resubmit him with a bit more details (because I realize his cheeks should be further in) and a better texture set, when I get the chance.
