Material: epoxy resin cast.
Dimensions: length, 147 mm; width, 47 mm; height, 108 mm.
Notes: RLA catalog no. 2501.1rp48-1 (cast). Left half of the cranium designated KNM-ER 1470. Discovered in 1972 by B. Ngeneo under team led by Richard Leakey and also classified as Homo rudolfensis. Cast manufacturer not known. From the teaching collection of the Research Laboratories of Archaeology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Model by Aidan Paul.
