More model informationTriosephosphate isomerase (TPI) is an enzyme that plays a critical role in the glycolytic pathway, catalyzing the interconversion of dihydroxyacetone (DHAP) to glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (GAP).
This is our guided tour of the five stages of grief, as shown through five key features of the human TPI enzyme. In this tour we have skillfully linked the stages of grief, by colour, to each point of interest in the TPI enzyme, with titles that encapsulate the feelings, and thoughts that go along with each stage. In this tour we showcase three key amino acids, followed by two crucial structures.
