This is the death mask of Hyrum Smith. Two versions of this mask are available from photogrammetric scans uploaded here:

They are very detailed scans, but they are not scaled correctly for 3D printing. I used several measurements from copies of the death masks available to me to scale my files correctly. I also made the back perfectly flat and added a receptacle in the back for wall mounting the mask on a nail. It is ready to print and mount.
My version is a hybrid of both the “Dibble” mask and the “Pedestal” mask. The dibble mask has much better detail, but the chin was repaired at some point, adding much more material to his chin than there should be. The pedestal mask preserves the original chin, but has much softer details. I sliced both masks below the lips and spliced them together to get the best possible version.
