More model informationThis photogrammetry is one of the Hythe Pier Train locomotives at the Pier station . The engineering company Brush built several of this type of ‘tractor’ in around 1917. Three of these locomotives were acquired by the Hythe Pier in 1922 after thay had been in WW1 service at the Avonmouth mustard gas factory. They were originally powered by batteries as the picture below shows but adapted to take power from a third rail on the pier line. There have been other adaptions over time for safety and visibility.
There are other local models at https://sketchfab.com/f1xer including the carriages and station plus a CAD drawing of the end of the pier.
