The humans of Delk’ii are a rich but ultimately less inventive nation when compared with the Gnomes and Kobolds. The humans of the Chinua Coalition are allied with the Gnomes, Dwarves, and Elves against the Kobolds to the north and fund their rivals, the Goblins. The Goblins engage in a bloody proxy war meant to contain the Kobolds of Zul and deter them from advancing southward.

To this end the humans of Chinua did their best to emulate the Gnomerian and Zul designs with their limited technical experience.

The Imperial-Class is heavily armored, well armed, but underpowered, unreliable and expensive. It emulates many of the ‘stylings’ of Zul tanks but without knowledge of their function. for example, the Chinua engineers replicated the ‘rails’ which existed along the top of Zul tanks without realizing that it’s function was as an aerial for the tank’s radio. No such radio existed in the 08.01 Tank.
