For this project, I wanted to create a character with a style that feels fresh and features an explosion of colors, shapes, and materials. This character’s name is Juan, and I envision him as the antagonist in Francine’s story. He is a pirate who was once human but has contaminated his being through countless journeys across dimensions. I am very grateful for the support of my wife, Yoshira, who has always encouraged me with her enthusiasm, opinions, and feedback.
