More model informationThis model shows the south trench in the Monastery area of Julita. The structure was previously unknown but appeared in the ground penetrating data. The dating is uncertain but due to the structures and findings we have interpreted the building as a scullery. It may be a part of the Monastery and the bricks and the location indicates that it comes from an early phase. The Monastery was founded in 1180 and was liquidated in 1527. This model was photographed and processed from 90 photos by, Johan Stenvall, Linköping office.
