One of two pads associated with Launch Complex 18 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Brevard County, Florida. Pad 18A was famously used to launch 14 Vanguard space vehicles between 1956 and 1959. Pad B, shown here, was used to test Thor tactical launch equipment.
