More model informationThere is a long slab of reddish schist found in a rough grazing field, WNW of the farm house at Barrackan. It lies on top of a stone mound with a very rough trace of kerbing. On its western horizontal end, there are 2 crosses, between which connected by groove are a ‘B’ and an inverted ‘B’. Age of this unusual carving is thought early medieval.
Further up the hill, there are cup and ring mark sites with wide views of the surrounding sea.
