More model informationThis is the game resolution model of a leather bracer with an armor metal plating. High resolution mesh was created for baking purposes. Only one texture set was used and one material was applied in Maya. Complete with baked maps and texturing using Substance Painter. I was able to go back into Maya and optimize this a bit better. Saved roughly 6K polys after reducing geometry more while maintaining same result. I went back and decided to offset some duplicate UV’s to help increase texel density and get a little better resolution. This piece of armor has been through some wars and survived many enemies, human and beast. I’d like to continue modeling a full set of this armor at some point.
