Left pulmonary artery from brachiocephalic Sk-1

In this heart there is a right sided aortic arch with mirror image branching. The left pulmonary artery can be seen arising from the first head and neck vessel which is the brachiocephalic artery. The left pulmonary artery is hypoplastic. The pulmonary trunk can be seen and the right pulmonary artery arises from this and is of normal size.
