This model is representative of RNA binding protein, Lin28A. Lin28A interacts with pre-element let-7f-1 miRNA and represses its biological function, resulting in tumor cells’ progression. In this model, two small molecule inhibitors are interacting with the protein to inhibit its function. Ligand 7 is bound to the Cold Shock Domain (CSD), while ligand 1 has preferred a site in the Zinc Knuckle Domain (ZKD) of Lin28A.
