This doesn't seem right. The model looks very different in the face & ears, and the eyes keep popping out of the head when you try to apply textures.
I dont know if you're still active but you dont happen to have the high poly version still would you? I'd quite like to try printing it but creating a displacement map from the normals isnt working for me in blender.
Best free troll model you can find!
the model in the download is not the model in the preview
@halloooo21 Because you need to assign them to the mesh i guess?)
Why my Textures wont show up in blender?
Great job! thanks for sharing
thanks!
@alesha228 What for?
@alesha228 No plans, really. But i might.
Hey man, you have any plans to make more LotR stuff? Not only creatures, for example buildings, armor or weapons?
@JohnInglis You mean all the small details in the skin? All that comes from the Normal map. Just plug that into the normal map section of the material node. Sometimes the result looks wrong, and it's usually solved by inverting the green-channel of the normal map, which requires an additional node. You can just google how to do that.
Hi Ole how do u add the scratchers for the texture in unreal? and thank you for the information on rigging.
@JohnInglis The model i not rigged, it's just the mesh in an A-pose. If you wanna pose it, you gotta make the bones yourself. You can learn that pretty quick though, cause posing doesn't require anything fancy, but rigs for animation is more complicated.
Hi, I want to use this model to be implemented into the environment for University but it doesn't have any bones to get the right position? I download the obj is there any advice you got as i dont know anything about characters

Wonderful piece! I'll get it for rigging practice!
@Sam_mcfly Thanks. Maybe i'll see it in a fan animation or something, someday.
