A simple low polygon model. Ideal for use in real-time in mobile apps or architectural visualizations. Textures are 4k, but can be scaled down easily in any image editor.

The model is rigged and has animations.

Model’s Mesh is joined together, but it has clothing, head, hands, shoes, teeth, tongue and eyes separated.

The hair has an extra material to avoid transparency errors, but the textures work perfectly with just one UV map and one material.

Model has simple animations that simulate speech, plus a walking, running, and jumping cycle animation (with “start”, “middle” and “end of jump”).

It has 3 blendshapes/ shape keys/ morph targets- that simulate smile, rage and sadness.

Model skeleton naming is compatible with unity humanoid, but can also be easily imported into Unreal Engine.
