This is a mammoth scapula with the incised ornament in the form of 9 lines.

Site: Horodok ІІ site.

Cultural and chronological attribution: Upper Palaeolithic, Late Pleistocene.

Artefact is stored in the National Museum of the History of Ukraine.

The model was digitized in the course of the project “Preserving Ukrainian Legacy,” supported by the US Embassy in Ukraine (Kyiv) and the Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation. It is a joint ownership of National Museum of History of Ukraine, non-profit organization “CyArk” and NGO “Scientific Research Lab “Archaic”.
