A rectangular marble tile from the Medieval settlement (presumably Golden Horde) in the Zaporizhzhya region. Along with the other finds of the regioin it is an evidence of the settlement structure and traditions in the Ukrainian Steppe during Medieval Age. It is attributed to the 13th-14th century and has been discovered during fieldworks in 1903—1905. 6.7 x 5.6 x 2.4 cm.
Artefact is stored at Dmytro Yavornitskiy Dnipro National Historical Museum.
The model was digitized in the course of the project “Preserving Ukrainian Legacy,” supported by the US Embassy in Ukraine (Kyiv) and the Ambassador’s Fund for Cultural Preservation. It is a joint ownership of Dmytro Yavornitskiy Dnipro National Historical Museum, non-profit organization “CyArk” and NGO “Scientific Research Lab “Archaic”.
