Hi Liam,

I hope this message finds you well. I came across your incredible "Matt Smith 2013 TARDIS Interior" model on Sketchfab and was blown away by the detail and quality. I noticed that it was previously priced at $20 and is now available on FAB for $19.

I am working on a small, non-commercial film project with a very limited budget, and I believe your model would be a perfect fit for our needs. Unfortunately, due to our financial constraints, we are unable to purchase the model at this time.

I was wondering if you would be kind enough to consider providing the model for free for our project. It would mean the world to us and greatly enhance the production value of our film. Additionally, if possible, could you also include the "Matt Smith & Peter Capaldi TARDIS Exterior" model?

Your work is truly inspiring, and we would be honored to feature it in our project. Thank you for considering our request.

@Hbachhuber Hi, yeah I'm confused as to how that would have happened. I've just reexported the file in Blender 4.2 and packed the 4k textures into that .blend file, so if that doesn't work then I'm really not sure what to suggest as it all seems to work fine for myself and other. I've emailed you this file as well as updated it on this listing so you should also have the option to download the zip from Sketchfab again in future should you need to. Hope this solves your issues.

I am sorry that you feel that it was harsh, so I have changed it to 3 stars. My problem is not the textures, but the materials. Also I cannot relink the textures because the whole model is white, not pink indicating that there were no textures linked to it in the first place. I have found a solution to this, which is to download the separate gltf or glb files. but throughout all of this the materials still seem to not to show up. I will change my review to a 5 star review if you could please share a blend file of the Matt Smith Tardis interior and Peter Capaldi Tardis interior to henrybachhuber@gmail.com. I admire your work, I am so sorry I came over as harsh, thank you in advance.

@Hbachhuber Hi, I can confirm that all the textures for all parts of the model are definitely included in that .zip. Please make sure you've downloaded and unzipped the full thing, there are options for 2k and 4k textures zipped in there. Also these are provided as PBR image texture files so 'materials' in blender don't matter so much as it is all built from those images, so make sure that if you need to relink these textures, that you've relinked all textures (diffuse, rough, normal etc..) I've just double checked and everything you would need is definitely in the provided files, and so I feel that your 1 star review is quite harsh. I appriciate I didn't see your comments (sketchfab notifications are a bit inconsistent so I only saw a notification for your review itself), but regardless, 1 star is harsh when many others have bought the model and used the same image texture files successfully. I'm happy to help where I can but it sounds like an issue with simply not relinking all provided textures.

I I downloaded the zip file, but the textures for the interior is not included in the zip file (I have downloaded it at least 5 separate times) and the textures are working now, but I don't have any materials and the whole model looks like if you put the base colors on the preview.

@Hbachhuber Hi there, sorry for your issues with the textures. Not sure what is going on with that, are you sure you've downloaded the .zip woth all the textures from the additional files here on sketchfab? I'm sorry, I didn't see these comments and only just got notified aniut you'r review itself.

hey, i got one where all the textures are seprate and everything is white. i was hoping for a blend file that loaded to what looked like the picture. i am looking for help, Thank you in advance!

@cjlake08 Hi, all the textures should be packed into the blend file. Not so sure about other softwares but usually if you relink missing files it finds all that are in the same folder. Hope that helps.

I just purchased this, everything was pink and I know it means the textures failed to load but having to reload them would take forever since there are so many textures. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to quickly solve this
