I love meatloaf. All you have to do is mix your favorite 500g meat with parsley, 1 egg, 1 bun (soaked in milk), salt, pepper, crushed garlic. Roll it in breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 20 min. Turn it often so that it bakes nicely. You can also fry it in a pan if you prefer.
