Boulder with prehistoric carvings on Millstone Cleugh, near Millstone Burn N of Longframlington, Northumberland.
Referenced ‘Millstone Burn 1f’ on the Beckensall Archive (BA) and described there as:
‘The whole surface of this boulder is covered with 22 cups. Many seem to be arranged in pairs, and some as an arc.’
NADRAP added the record to ERA in 2008 having found the stone covered by moss and turf in 2006. They noted a minimum of 15 cups.
