All the assets are ready to use. The building parts are designed to be modular, allowing easy integration with each other. The scene includes a collection of walls, floors, and pillars, and other decorartions. Check the full FBX list here.

Textures are provided in different scales. Check the full texture list here. Composite textures are also provided for some, combining the ‘Metallic’, ‘Specular’ and ‘Roughness’ textures into a single RGB texture. The wall and floor textures are seamless, making them easy to apply to any other mesh.

The attached ‘Modular_Castle.zip’ contains all the project files.
