About: Like the title says, this is a fully modular HK 416 model. I made this for a personal project and to practice animation. I actually made several different texture versions for each part including a factory black, worn black, tan, and a Space Force thats a mix of white and black.
Details: Obviously the physics got a bit wonky. This is because blender doesn’t natively support bone physics. I used a pretty high tri budget for this model. I may try decreasing in the future. The main body of the gun isn’t too bad but I got carried away with the attachments. There are 15 materials, however only 13 actually have textures and all of the textures are optimized based on the model size and importance of the texture.
Programs: Blender, ZBrush, Substance
