A large Motel with a rustic exterior.The exterior has a weathered wood texture on the exterior walls, stairs, railings, windows and roof as well as smaller details such as pipes and drains. Doors are modeled separately so you can move and pivot them easily.Works great in any modern game engines and for rendering purposes.
