When I origtinally scanned this C pillar off the car I realized the part changed shape a lot when it was mounted on the car. I then did a scan with the C pillar on the car to try to get the most accurate geometry of the C pillar mounted in place. That scan is uploaded here as well.
When I was going back through my old scan data the other day I decided to take the two scans and combine them in my scanning software. The alignment algorythm took the two different scans and would have “bent” them slightly to get the scan data to line up.
This gives us a complete scan of the C pillar inside and outside that is closer to the shape it was mounted on the car. It is still more “warped” than the scan mounted on the car but that scan does not have the inside/back side geometry.
