More model information

I finally did it! After months of learning 3D art, last week I learned how to rig, and JUST THIS MORNING I finished that rig and was finally able to try creating my first 3D animation. I’ve had a dream of doing 3D animation since I was 7 years old, staring at an Amiga monitor in the mall playing the Amiga Juggler ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yJNGwIcLtw ). This is a real milestone for me and I’m so happy.

I know the model isn’t great, and the weight painting is messed up, but I created the model in a hurry for a game jam. After the game jam was done, I decided I should try speeding through learning how to rig, with the goal of finishing in a week, and creating my first animation on Monday. Well, I made it, and I’m amazed I’m here. This feels life changing for me.
