United Kingdom of Nationeer reached and start the colonization of Mars, skipping the Moon. As a secret nation with a serious will to keep it like so, the Nationeers just knew that the other nations will start going to the Moon and it won’t be a good thing if there’s already humans there. From what the Nationeerian council knew, the revelation of a more advanced nation to the world will be devastating at the current state and time of the world. The council founds out that it is even more expensive to maintain the discontinued project and also too late to cancel it since it’s pretty much already in it’s last stages of launching. And so the project was continued with some sabotage attempts by the Red Banners.

This base is one of the early outposts that were made on big craters of Mars. The base are on it’s sixth stage with the addition of a command module which gave the ability of doing multiple operations and coordinate the other outposts or bases on the region.
