This 3D capture (shown in low res here) was part of a multi-site solar proposal.

The 3D capture allowed the planners (& planning officers) to: 1) Review the real-world site remotely (saving much time) 2) Design a scheme which based on the latest real-world context 3) Measure hedge/tree heights, informing sunlight angle impact on panels & thus what would need trimming 4) Contour Levels produced informed lay of land 5) Shared 3D model online for stakeholders/neighbours to view & feedback

In addition, an aerial photo survey meant the site was photographed in detail, allowing planners to: 1) Review the hedge and other vegetation which could impact the scheme design 2) Use as pre-development marketing assets 3) Have before and after comparison for reference and future use

PLUS Live streamed drone video of site allowing conf call with all consultants!

A huge amount of valuable data, all from just one survey, saving a huge amount of time & budget.
