More model informationA then common but now nearly extinct 1970s cruiser: The Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Sedan!
Photogrammetry was used to construct an accurate blueprint/cage from which the model was created. The trim itself is mostly based on a 1971 model, although I did change some things I didn’t like on it - for instance the side chrome piece was modelled after the 1972 Cutlass.
There are some issues and the model is far from perfect. This was somewhat of an experiment on all fronts so I’m generally satisfied with how it came out - even if I would do things differently now. Many things were learned and trials were overcome!

I downloaded the fbx version, but the textures seem to be missing. Even if I point Blender to the textures folder, it cannot find any and lists a long list of missing or nonexistent textures. When I look at the shader editor in detail, the names of the textures in the project do not match with any of the textures names in the folder. There are many textures, and it's not obvious where most of them go because some are not textures but maps and other types of shaders.
Hello, I have something I would like to discuss with you. Could you please share your email address?
fantastic model. Thank you for sharing this .
1000th like, awesome work man!
@PoliceCarMaker I always liked the St. Regis; no promises but it's definitely a car I always wanted to do.
This and your Mark 5 are very good, do you think you could model a 79-81 Dodge St Regis or another Chrysler R platform car?
This is VERY impressive! I can take the .fbx files and convert them to .obj...........this would be a very good car to eventually 3D print after those files are converted. SUPER excellent proportions on a very seldom today seen car!
cool
