Also known as 28 Liberty Street, is a 813-foot tall modern skyscraper that is built in 1961 which finished construction as the 8th tallest building in the world, surpassing both Union Carbide Building (270 Park Avenue) which is 708’ and Panam (now as MetLife) Building measuring 808’ but built just two years later.
