An own character, made in maya 2016 for a school project. My first character-model with facial expressions and animations! It was really interesting, but sadly the eyes are a little bit too big, so that the blinking looks akward. But i’m excited for improving myself and my animations in the future!
The Modeling itself was challenging, but with multiple hours of hard work and sleepless nights, i was able to define the model more and more, so that even the coat, that made a lot of problems, worked out as i wanted it to. However, the outfit itself had to go through some minor changes in it’s design from the character sheet, since it was hard for me to model it that way. The Animations, on the other hand, we’re really fascinating in my view! I had the most fun with setting every key up and fixing it, even if it still has some “beauty-problems”.
In the end, i’m really glad with how it turned out!
