TO ALL BLENDER USERS

So if you’re having issues, make sure to use the auto generated GLTF version that Sketchfab creates. This should import fine in blender along with the animations, skinning etc

We author our characters inside 3Ds Max, which also has different world axis coordinates.

All the characters we sell have animations (see the Sketchfab viewer), if you don’t have the animations you must be doing something wrong on your end! We also include an additional archive file that has separate motion files along with the master skinned model in Skin Pose or the skinned version with all the animations on a single timeline (like in the Sketchfab viewer) along with a .txt file specifying the animation list and their specific frames on the timeline.

Thanks
