More model informationThere is some uncertainty on the identity of this shipwreck. Originally it was thought to be the Robert Burns but later it was accepted to be the Perseverance a schooner built in 1855 which was lost off Cheboygan, Michigan in Lake Huron in 1864. Not much more is known about the ship or sinking account. It lies in sixty feet of water deeply embedded in the bottom and very near the shipping lanes so it is rarely dived. The model was created from 1,943 6720 x 4480 RAW images color corrected and converted to jpg.
