Phoenix

3D Model

Well, it’s a phoenix! My first 3D sketch made in CoolPaintrVR, an awesome PSVR drawing app!

The export feature is decent, though I found a few caveats which hopefully developers will fix:

1. Using the “liquid” brush ink, the unique paint texture didn’t get exported, strokes become flat.

2. One of the eyes, which is a “flat organic shape” was out of place. I had to manually fix it by loading the .dae file in Blender.

3. Material properties (diffuse, specular, self-illuminated) are missing.
