I scanned this specimen in an attempt to see of the striations assoicated with polysynthetic (or albite) twinning would be reflected in the end product. Unfortunately, they weren’t due to their translucensy and reflectiveness. You can see them more clearly in these images: https://imgur.com/gallery/waalv
