Polychrome Female Bust3D Model
Description: This bust depicts a female in a polychrome chiton (tunic) and polo (cylindrical crown). Made with buff clay; white slip and painted decoration visible. Chiton features: a straight/horizontal neckline; a white/red band suggests an “egg and dart” pattern; imitation of a woven panel set into purple material; upper contour framed by thin white stripe. Features scene of two figures; on the right stands a woman extending an object (actively fanning) the other figure, posed seated on a couch, holding a round object (tambourine) in left hand. Pigments include: dark pink, pink, red, pale green, purple-brown, turquoise, reddish brown.
