Quarry Survey

3D Model

A large scale survey undertaken with a DJI Phantom 4, and Map Pilot. The site measures 1.4km x 0.6km. The hill is 80m high. 28 GCPs and 6 check points were used to ensure high accurac y. A total of 13 flights were flown, and nearly 2500 photos were processed in Pix4D to give the final result. A final GSD of 2.9cm was a great end result, and well within the 5cm requirement.
