Apart of the Metal Sentience AU. After V1 finished building a new and upgraded vessel, he made a copy of his consciousness and transfered it to the new body. Now, with 2 versions of himself, Remains left his home from within the scrap pit, and went off to find sonic. For 2 days, he stalked sonic, and everything he did. On the third day, while sonic was partying with his friends for Tails’ birthday, V1 ambushed them, going for the strongest fighters first before wiping the weaker ones. Knuckles was left severely injured, but in the time this happened, Sonic was able to make a getaway with everyone else. Only to get cut off by the faster, and more resilient V2. Before they realized it, V1 had also already caught up. After a short battle, V1 and V2 had lost, and retreated to thier base at the scrap pit. There, they devised a plan, a plan to make a new model. V3. Together, with their combined knowledge, they began building V3. Little did they know, V3 would start something. Something much bigger, and terrifying.
