This prehistoric carved rock sits immediately N of ‘Rivock 22’, in a private plantation in the Rivock area of Rombalds Moor, West Yorkshire.
Boughey & Vickerman referenced this example IAG 67 in their 2003 publication ‘Prehistoric Rock Art of the West Riding’, describing:
‘Large flat smooth grit rock. Thirty-six cups, one or two with rings. Groove design includes some of the cups; no central cup to four rings round knob.’
The CSI: Rombalds Moor project reference the stone ‘Rivock 23’ on ERA, describing the motifs in more detail and adding one or two more. This model seems to show additional grooves not previously recorded.

This decimated model just shows the carved upper surface and was created from 15 stereo pairs captured by Dave Spencer (CSI Team) in June 2013. The imagery forms part of the HLF funded CSI: Rombalds Moor / Watershed Landscape Project archive.
