The peninsula is surrounded by Symi, Tilos and Nisyros Islands in the south, Stongyli and Kos Islands in the west, and the Bodrum Peninsula in the north. To the east is the modern Datça district and the ancient settlement in Burgaz Mevkii, which is intertwined with this district. At the farthest point of the Reşadiye Peninsula is the ancient city of Knidos, one of the important centers of the ancient period.
