Rowley’s House, Shrewsbury (Shropshire, UK).
Overall model of the whole building.

A late-16th century timber-framed warehouse, and a brick mansion of c.1616-18, both built for William Rowley - a wool merchant and brewer.
This part of Shrewsbury was a densely-packed area of medieval buildings, lanes and yards - much of which was demolished in the 1930s as ‘slum clearance’. Rowley’s House survived, and the building served as the town’s museum from 1936 until 2006. The building is now the subject of a conservation project to secure its long-term future.
Survey undertaken for Shropshire Council.
Model created from 2826 photographs taken on 13 and 14 October 2024.
