@11aryanveerwazir11 sorry for a very late reply. to change which animation you want to see (assuming you're using blender), go into the animation tab, then where you have the keyframes for animation, change the small button that says "Dope Sheet" to "Action Editor". This will show the list of animations on the model.
It seems one of the animations that's in the game is left as the first frame here only on a couple of these. Not sure if it's just how it's pulled from the files or not, but just something I noticed.
