Concerning this particular model (awesome piece and nicely scanned by the way ), maybe you could think about disabling the camera constraints in the 3D settings ? I think this constrains the navigation a bit too much - especially when zooming in to get a closer look at the details...

Is there a way that I can get this model? I'm new to SketchFab and I don't know how to get certain models.
