More model informationFor my second 3D modelling module during my first year of my games design course at university I had to create and UVW Map a treasure chest model of any genre we chose and keep it under a polygon limit of 3000.
For my chosen theme I chose science fiction as this genre allowed me to create a chest that would allow me to display and create more visually innovative characteristics for the model.
For the design of the chest the reward chests from borderlands and Mass Effect played a huge inspiration for how this chest model now looks as those chest helped me design both the front appearance and the bottom the chest and how to make it look like it could be an asset within the sci-fi genre.
